Athletics
Ramaz Athletics is all about teamwork, sportsmanship, and school spirit -- both on and off the court. Players learn how to work together, and the students and families who come to support them at each game are integral to the team. Playing a sport and cheering from the bleachers creates a feeling of #RAMpride, as everyone comes together to show they are HERE for Ramaz.
Our students are always encouraged to work together and learn from each other, and the Ramaz Athletics program showcases that teamwork. Being a Ram means more than just winning games and scoring points -- it is a channel through which our students can express their enthusiasm and proudly show their blue and gold spirit. Go Rams!

While other programs in the NJ Avalanche division select only the top players to put together the highest level team, this team is selected based on religious observance. Anyone who plays ice hockey but does not want to sacrifice his religious beliefs, specifically playing games and tournaments on Shabbat and Yom Tov, are invited to join. Almost every local yeshiva is represented on this team, including our very own Joey D. and Alex O.! And they won the state title! Huge yasher koach to Joey, Alex, and the rest of the team!
