Support During the Israel Year

Ramaz sustains its commitment to our students through their "fifth year" of study in Israel, and each advisor continues to communicate with alumni through phone conversations and email.

A representative from the Israel Guidance office visits Israel annually in December or January to spend time with each of our graduates at his or her school. The advisor assesses the progress of our students by means of conversations with them as well with the faculty and administrators of the programs.

With the founding of new Israel programs each year, the advisor also devotes a portion of his/her trip to evaluating such programs to determine their compatibility with our student body and with the educational and religious philosophy of Ramaz.
