Ghetto Film School

In the fall of 2021, Ramaz kicked off an exciting new partnership with Ghetto Film School (GFS) for Ramaz students to learn the basics of filmmaking and other storytelling by making original content focused on the history of Black and Jewish relations.

This program exemplified a unique Ramaz experience… providing the students with a strong academic program about film, practical knowledge about the content creation process, a chance to learn more about and collaborate with our neighbors from the Black community in New York City on building bridges and to engage with Ramaz alumni and the broader creative world.
