Upper Schoolers Compete at Science Olympiad

Nine Ramaz Upper Schoolers representing all four grades participated in the Science Olympiad! Science Olympiad is an all-day competition in which students face off against other Jewish schools in a series of back-to-back events covering a wide range of scientific topics. Ramaz competed in six events: “Machines,” a college-level exam focused on robotics and physics; “Write It…Do It,” where students communicate technical instructions through writing; “Metric Mastery,” a college-level assessment on units and measurement; “Designer Genes,” a college-level genetics exam; “Electric Vehicle,” designing and racing a mini electric vehicle; and “Circuit Lab,” hands-on circuit construction.
