The Six-Student "End Zone Equity" Team is Top 50 in the Wharton Global High School Investment Competition

Kol hakavod to End Zone Equity, a team of Ramaz students that has made the semifinals of the Wharton Global High School Investment Competition! They were chosen out of more than 2,300 submissions. This prestigious annual contest for high school teachers and students selects its winners based on the strength and creativity of their team investment strategies. 13 different countries were represented among the 2025–2026 Top 50 teams.

The End Zone Equity team members are juniors Samuel D., Caleb D., Tory D., Benjamin R., Noah S., and Adam S. They said in a joint statement, “As a team, we are uniquely positioned in life to access excellent financial literacy opportunities and resources that many teenagers don’t have. We have an ethical responsibility to use our knowledge for the benefit of our community. By setting up financial literacy workshops and student-to-student mentorship programs, we hope to teach underserved students how to think about money responsibly—because we believe everyone deserves access to amazing opportunities.”

The team was selected by judges from leading global asset manager Aberdeen Investments. According to the competition press release, “The Wharton Global High School Investment Competition emphasizes long-term investing, critical thinking, and real-world decision-making. Student teams are evaluated on the strength, creativity, and rationale of their investment strategies, with a focus on aligning portfolios to a client’s goals, values, and risk tolerance rather than short-term market performance.”
