Real Estate Club Meets with Experts in Real Estate Transactions and Investments

This past week, the Real Estate Club had the opportunity to hear from Mr. Simon Ziff, President of The Ackman-Ziff group, and interview Mr. Dan Rosenbloom head of investments at Cadre. Mr. Ziff received a bachelor's degree in finance at Pennsylvania State University and later received a master's in real estate finance at NYU. Mr. Ziff has been the president of Ackman-Ziff since 1995. Since Mr. Ziff became the president of the company, they have closed more than $85 billion in real estate transactions. Mr. Rosenbloom has 25 years of commercial real estate experience. Cadre is a technology-based real estate platform that provides consumers with direct access to curated commercial real estate investments. The attending students were able to hear Mr. Rosenbloom's insights and were able to learn about him and his role at Cadre.
