Juniors Matmidim Students Celebrate the Siyyum of Tractate Makkot

Ramaz News

Juniors Aliana A., Henry A., Gabi F.K., Elianna G., Ezra G., Sara K., Celan R.S., Ben T., and Ethan W. took an intensive Talmud course called Matmidim, which met eight times a week. In addition to in-school studies, they have studied Tractate Makkot from the Talmud Bavli, all on their own! They celebrated the siyyum (completion) with their grade in the library after prayers. At the siyyum, they shared inspiring insights from Tractate Makkot, which discusses court-administered punishments for wrongdoing, while their peers were treated to delicious muffins. Kol hakavod to our Talmud scholars!
