Freshmen Embark on a Four-Year Nakh Yomi Journey

Ramaz News

Freshmen kicked off a four-year Torah learning journey that will culminate in a siyum at their graduation in 2028. The freshmen will be learning one פרק (chapter) of נ”ך (the 19 books of Neviim and Ketuvim) each day of school, also known internationally as the Nakh Yomi Project. They are joining the Sophomore class who last year completed the first four books of Navi and are completing the next four this year. The goal is for students to become familiar with our most foundational texts and experience the range of stories, genres, and messages in Tanakh. By consistently learning one perek each day, the freshmen will create a class community of Torah learning and model what it means to be lifelong learners.
