US Associate Principal Miriam Krupka Presents at Tikvah's Marom 2025 Conference

Ramaz News

Upper School Associate Principal Miriam Krupka participated in Tikvah's Marom 2025 conference of over 180 teachers, heads of school, parents, and pioneering education experts representing 60 Jewish day schools. The convention focused on three key areas: 1) nurturing the habits and practices that can morally and intellectually ground young people in our age of digital distraction; 2) the risks of increasing reliance on "ed tech" in the classroom; and 3) the role of Jewish day schools in the Zionist and American civic formation of young people. At the core of Tikvah's mission is investing in the rabbis, teachers, and lay leaders who have dedicated their lives to chinuch, the foundation of Jewish life and bedrock of our Jewish future. In addition to gaining insight from the fascinating speakers and attendees, Ms. Krupka participated in a panel of her own, speaking with other Jewish education leaders Daniel Bonner and Stephanie Cohen on restoring a culture of reading in Jewish homes and Jewish schools.
