Ramaz Enjoys New York's Solar Eclipse

Students experienced a rare and breathtaking solar eclipse during the school day. Teachers escorted students in all divisions to the best spots to view the sky, all wearing Ramaz’s special ISO-certified eclipse glasses! Everyone on the Upper East Side witnessed the sun’s incredible 90% coverage, while some Upper Schoolers and chaperones traveled all the way to Rochester, NY to visit science museums and see the eclipse in totality. Students have spent the last few months learning about the eclipse across all disciplines, from science to art to the Talmud, and it was amazing putting all their studies into practice when they saw it for themselves!
