Sixth Graders Create Pesach Comic Books with Help from a Published Torah Comic Artist

Comic book artist Andrew Galitzer, creator of the published book, Torah Comics, came to speak to sixth graders about adapting stories into their own artwork. He showed the students how he takes Torah stories and turns them into comic book adaptations, and guided them in exercises to do the same. The students combined their Torah knowledge and their personal creative flair to draw part of the Pesach story in comic book form. It was a fun and unique way to learn about artistic styles and to connect deeply with the upcoming holiday!
