MS Judaic Studies Faculty Perform a Hilarious Shavuot Play and Hold Torah L'Shma
Ramaz News

To get into the spirit for Shavuot, Middle School Judaic Studies teachers put on a hilarious skit depicting Matan Torah. With costumes, sound effects, and plenty of jokes, they illustrated this iconic story while infusing it with laughs and fun. In addition to the skit, their teachers highlighted some key ideas about the holiday for the students to reflect on. For example, they discussed that Torah is eternal and is full of details for us to analyze and apply to modern, everyday situations, even in 2025 with technology that people did not have at the time. Throughout the day, the Middle School held a special Torah L'shma, learning for its own sake that the students would not be tested on.
