Middle School Scientists Build Their Own Miniature Worlds

Ms. Somogyi's science students have been working hard on their science projects, and they finally had the chance to share them with the class. Sixth graders have been studying the biomes of the world and their assignment was to represent the biome of their choice. Some biomes represented were icy tundras, scorching deserts, and misty rainforests. Meanwhile, fifth graders have been studying volcanoes and were tasked to recreate their favorite ones. Some represented were Mount Fuji and Mount Vesuvius. Their presentations were "explosive"!
