Mazal Tov to MS Ultimate Frisbee for Winning the Uptown Championship

The Middle School Ultimate Frisbee team won the Uptown Championship 12-10 in a grueling, hard-fought battle against Booker T. Washington Middle School. The Rams fell behind 0-2 before staging a comeback and going into half-time with a 6-5 lead. The Rams extended their lead to as many as three goals in the second half, but Booker T. Washington would not quit and came back to tie the score at 10. With the game on the line, the Rams were at their best, scoring the last two points of the game to seal the victory. The standouts of the game, making amazing catches and clutch throws, were Lyon L., Alex M., Daniel P., Leo S., Gavin S., Elliot C., and Oliver F. Next up for the Rams is the All-City Finals, where they will face the Downtown Champion Simon Baruch Middle School.
