Mayor Adams Visits Ramaz Middle School for the Thanks-for-Giving Award Ceremony

Ramaz had the honor of welcoming Mayor Eric Adams to a special assembly at the Middle School last week! The school presented him with the Thanks-for-Giving Award and thanked Mayor Adams for all that the city has done to protect Jewish New Yorkers and Jewish schools, and for standing with us in support of Israel. Mayor Adams, in turn, thanked Ramaz for the Jewish people's history of helping the African American community, and of always standing up against hate toward any people and any culture. Together, the children sang of hope for "One Day" when there will be no more war and no more hate.
