Fifth Graders Become Entrepreneurs for Israel

Ramaz News

Five fabulous fifth graders (Tamar R., Charlotte G., Suri Z., Elsa Z., and Roni G.) and several friends from the Lower School got together one recent afternoon and thought, "What can we do for Israel?" They made colorful bracelets and bought a variety of cookies and sold them to family, friends and passersby outside an apartment building. When they had finished, with a little help from parents, they had sold close to $2,000. All proceeds were sent to Leket, Israel's largest food bank. Great going, girls!
