First Graders Are Going To Be Solar System Experts!

First grade scientists have begun a new unit: Space Systems, Patterns, and Cycles. This study of outer space began with creating models of the Earth’s rotation and revolution around the Sun and will end with a grade-wide collaborative video project. Each class will learn about two planets in-depth and then create videos about their respective planets. These videos will be compiled into one long solar system video from which the whole grade will watch and learn!
