Nursery And Pre-K Students Meet To Discover Their Smilarities And Differences

Nursery students received special visits from Pre-K children! The groups learned that there are some similarities and differences between Pre-K and Nursery. One difference is that in Pre-K, students study Fundations, which is a program that helps the children learn letters' names and sounds. Some of the similarities are that both groups have jobs, enjoy snack time, and play with blocks. Nursery children were then able to visit Prek-K's classrooms! They brought with them a poster composed of their questions and decorated with colorful art. After the meeting, and with the last day of school nearby, Nursery children feel prepared for their next chapter as Pre-K students!
