It's Bentzi Time!

This week in Hebrew, the students were so excited to get a small treat during the school day! In Bentzi time for Nursery and Pre-K, the children learned the female form for big and small “גדולה\קטנה” and also how to say the names of the colors in the female form. The kids played a game to reinforce these words. Each child picked a wrapped up candy out of a box and when they opened it they composed sentences such as, “This is a small red candy” (סוכרייה קטנה אדומה)  or “This is a small yellow candy” (סוכרייה קטנה צהובה).  Of course the children all said the bracha as they ate the delicious candy.
