News From Ramaz
Thanksgiving is a holiday when we try to come together and spend time with those who matter most to us – our families. Whether you weathered the frigid temperatures during the parade or you were part of a large meal, you will most remember those with whom you shared those experiences. In anticipation of Thanksgiving, the Lower School also gathered as a family and expressed how appreciative we are for the all that Hashem has bestowed upon us.
A Judaic Studies and General Studies teacher from each grade addressed the children at the assembly and then students in each grade presented reasons to be grateful and shared "the attitude of gratitude," the value that has been highlighted this month as part of our Mensch Madness program! Each grade sang a song of thanks. The gratitude expressed and the recognition of our blessings was heartfelt and a unifying familial-like experience. It was truly a representation of the strength of our "Ramaz Lower School family" and the beauty that we are humbled to be a part of each day.
