By Avi F. (Grade 6) In this week's parasha, we continue to learn about the process for purifying the person who has צרעת (leprosy). We are told about the ritual the Kohen has to perform on the day a person becomes טהור, pure. The ritual requires two birds, a cedar stick, hyssop, a string of red wool, and shaving of the person's head. Afterward, the Torah tells us...

Duke, who has the best player in the country, Zion Williamson, and is considered to be one of the best teams, was losing at the end. The coach, Mike Krzyzewski, perhaps one of the greatest coaches of all time...

By Ezra A. (Grade 6) At the beginning of the parasha, it says, "ויהי ביום השמיני קרא משה לאהרון ולבניו ולזיקני ישראל" and then Moshe says to Aharon, "קח לך עגל בן בקר לחטאת ועיל לעולה תמימים". Moshe wants Aharon to bring all of these sacrifices and gives him a list of what he needs to do. After, he tells him everything, it says: "ויאמר משה אל אהרון קרב אל המיזבח ועשה את חטאתך". Why does Moshe add this extra request of Aharon to approach to the מיזבח? Rashi says...
