Fourth Graders Learn About the Revolutionary War at the Museum of the City of NY's New Exhibit

After the fourth grade's extensive study of the American Revolution, students visited the New Revolution in New York exhibit at the Museum of the City of New York! There, they saw artifacts from that time period, including a Torah from the first shul in New York City and ledgers of African-American slaves. As students walk through the exhibit, they participated in a scavenger hunt and were immersed in interactive activities. For example, they voted on how they thought colonists should react to some of Britain's harsh acts against the colonies.
