Five Star Caterers, the exclusive food-service provider at Ramaz, prepares nutritious, well-balanced (and kosher!) lunches for our students.
Menus are developed specifically for Ramaz and are modified every six weeks to reflect seasonal availability, holidays, and special events. All menus are reviewed by a Nutrition Specialist to ensure proper nutritional value.
Nut-Aware Environment

The Ramaz ECC, Lower and Middle Schools are nut- and sesame-aware environments. Nuts and sesame seeds pose a grave danger for some of our students.
- Any snacks brought to the Middle School—whether for advisory, PM snack, or after-school snack—must be nut- and sesame-free and not processed in a plant containing nuts. This includes all peanuts and tree nuts.
