This is fabulous! You are doing God’s work and Ramaz’s too!

I wanted to share with all of you that I was recently so touched by the Natan Initiative as I arrived home from the hospital on Friday with a new "stylish" diaper bag waiting for me filled with all sorts of helpful baby gear! Thank you for working so hard to make such a difference in the community to touch all of our lives in good times and challenging times. Please let me know how I can get more involved!

As a teacher I have sent you emails to inform you of births in my class families. It is quite another thing to be the recipient of Natan's chesed. I found the experience to be overwhelming. I returned home from the hospital after my recent surgery late Thursday. Friday morning I received a phone call and then a visit from a parent. She brought bags of Shabbat goodies and a big smile on her face. It feels wonderful to be part of a warm and caring community. Thank you so much! Tizku l'mitzvot.

I was moved by the immediate response of Ramaz to the news of my brother's death. I would like to pay it forward. Please let me know how.

Thank you so much for your note. It means a lot to me to have my Ramaz family wishing me well. I miss my students and colleagues very much and can't wait to get back to Ramaz – when I'm well enough.

Many thanks for your caring words, as well as the nechama offered by NATAN@Ramaz during the shiva for my father. The combination of solace and comfort food go a long way in consoling a mourner during a difficult time. With appreciation.

To my dear Ramaz family,
LS Teacher
I would like, from the bottom of my heart, to thank everyone who prayed, worried, and thought of me and my family throughout our difficult times. To each of you who shared advice – To those who were with me during the good times and bad – To those who cooked delicious food for Shabbat – And to those who ordered wonderful take-out which became the talk of the day! To each of you who called and cared, To each one who visited, whether on sunny days or rainy days. You taught me a lesson about life, a lesson about accepting, loving, and giving. I have no doubt that my healing has been easier due to your love and support. I wish you and your families good health and a lot of happiness. With much appreciation, Thank you so very much.
Thank you very much for reaching out. Much appreciated.... Knowing that family and friends are there for us is helping us get through. I think this NATAN is a wonderful and important initiative. I hope the committee is very busy sending packages for new babies and only happy occasions. Hoping to hear good news with everyone in good health in a world of peace. Thank you.

Thank you to the whole Natan group.... Ramaz is being amazing. The emails I'm getting from the teachers, rabbis, therapists in all three departments is simply amazing! [She] is right now in another world. Even though my mother in law has been sick for a few months it wasn't expected to happen Monday night. Thank you for all being here and just simply showing you care. It's appreciated.
