supports Ramaz's curricular goals by fulfilling the
research and reading needs of students and faculty.

The Middle School library consists of books, e-books, newspapers, magazines, video, and online resources.

- More than 7000 fiction and nonfiction titles
- Reference books in all fields of study
- Extensive collection of sifrei kodesh, commentaries and important Jewish reference books
- Hebrew language collection
- Teachers' resources
Periodicals and Newspapers:
- 11 current periodicals and newspaper subscriptions
Audio/Visual:
- Over 300 videos and DVDs which support the curriculum

- Subscriptions to online databases: NY Times Historical Newspapers, Gale Databases, EBSCO databases, Noodletools
- Encyclopedia Judaica in e-book form

- Special 6th grade reading program
- Yearly Book Day program spearheaded by the library
STAFF
One professional librarian plus an assistant who:
- Supervise and facilitate student and faculty use of the library
- Teach library research skills
- Work closely with faculty to ensure that library acquisitions support and enrich the curriculum
